On-site re-spray paint service of all aluminium extrusions where damaged

November 2011 - BAM Construction awarded Cleaning Package 1st Phase at NLMBB Cambridge
October 2011 - YUANDA Europe awarded Pioneer Point Project to Brilliant Cleaning.
Works commenced on 22 October 2011 and set for completion in early January 2012.
August 2011 -Works at UNISON HQ in London begun with clenaing the internal atrium,
conference rooms meetting rooms, lift lobbies, all plant and generator rooms, car
park, residential block D.
May 2011 - Brilliant Cleaning signs up for “Investor in People” and CSCS approved
Contractor Schemes.
May 2011 - BAM Construction South East - invites Brilliant Cleaning to tender Facade
Maintenance Works at the “Bucks New University”in Buckinghamshire.
May 2011-BAM Construction - invites Brilliant Cleaning to tender LNMBB Cambridge
Projects. The scope includes the internal and external facade cleaning, internal
builders clean, internal sparkling clean of all offices, Laboratories Lobbies and
Reception Areas.
The project is due to start end of May 2011 with a total area required to be cleaned
37.600 sq.m.
January 2011 - BAM awards Brilliant Cleaning new contract works at UNISON HQ in London.
The scope
Includes the listed building adjacent and connected to UNISON HQ main offices.
April 2011-we proudly and successfully completed UNISON Head Quarters in London
for BAM Construction .
March 2011-Brilliant Cleaning securesSolaglas Saint-Gobain Project at Westfield,
London Olympic Village.
February 2011 -Brilliant Cleaning secures project NEO Bankside building D phase
4 - the building has
25 floors. Here the scope of works is fitting protection bubble wrap to internal
windows and frames followed by internal 1st and 2end cleaning. Finally Brilliant
Cleaning will provide an external cleaning to all elevations
by using BMU Systems.
From January 2012, Brilliant Cleaning will provide and supply Labour Force to the
Construction Market.
The scope involves skilled and semi skilled labour force, ideally for those Contractors
who are keen to save their saving on their temporary staff for both short and long
term project duration.
Furthermore from January, BCC Ltd owned by Brilliant Cleaning will join BC Ltd, establishing
a new division for Facade Installations and Maintenance such as Curtain Wall, Windows,
Doors all types of Cladding and Rain screen installation within the group.
